These terms govern your use of our Shopify app and dashboard. By installing the app or using the dashboard, you agree to them.
The service
The app syncs your Shopify store data and computes profit, cost and inventory analytics, presented in a web dashboard. Analytics are derived from the data you connect and the settings you enter (such as product costs and shipping rules).
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the settings you enter, for keeping access to your account secure, and for whom you invite to your store's dashboard. Team members you invite can see your store's data.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed through Shopify Billing in 30-day cycles and appear on your Shopify invoice. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the app; plan changes take effect immediately.
Uninstalling the app cancels the subscription. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your data
You retain all rights to your store data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service — including attempting to access other stores' data, disrupting or overloading the service, or using it for unlawful purposes.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Features may evolve over time.
No professional advice
Profit figures are informational analytics, not accounting, tax or legal advice. Verify figures independently before making business decisions.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. After uninstall, data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the dashboard. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
